Blueberry Sherbet 

  
2 cups Fresh or frozen blueberries (500 ml)


½ cup Granulated Sugar (125 ml)
½ cup Water (125 ml)
1 cup Orange Juice (250 ml)
1 tbsp Lemon Juice (15 ml)


Put all ingredients in a pot & simmer for 10 minutes. Chill then freeze.


To freeze:
- Freeze in ice-cream maker following manufacturer's instructions


OR


- Put in a metal pan or bowl
- Freeze until barely firm
- Process in a food processor or beat with an electric mixer until
smooth
- Put in a freezer container & freeze until firm

Remove from freezer 15 - 20 minutes before serving. Delicious served with a few fresh berries.
